Bamboo trees come in many varieties. Between them, the tama housing is separate. Tama is a vegetable that is cut and eaten as a vegetable that grows from the roots of the grass.
2. How is tama cooked?
Earlier, according to the old method, it was customary to boil tama by adding ashes.
The wood that is made by burning it is called ash.
Boil the tama first because the tama oxide is removed. Then put the cooking vessel i.e. Karai or other vessels on the gas. After the curry is hot, pour mustard oil according to tama. It takes a lot of oil while cooking. When the oil is hot, add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, chillies and fry. Then add garlic according to taste. After that add turmeric according to the tama and stir and add tama and fry for a while in low flame. Add spices according to taste and keep frying. Then, when the tama turns red, it is considered ripe and ready to eat.
