Dahi Chiura
In Nepal, there is a trend of eating Dahi Chiura on the day of June 15th. The government has been celebrating the day of eating Dahi Chiura as Paddy Day since 2062. Dahi Chiura gives energy and coolness to the body. Yogurt is a good food for the digestive system. Dahi Chiura is eaten in the Khushiyali after planting ‘Mano during the growing season of muri’. Dahi is prepared by mixing a spoonful of curd in warm milk and keeping it in a cool place for a few hours.
